Return Policy

DONALD SCOTT NYC is dedicated to providing you the best customer experience possible. Only products purchased on DONALD SCOTT NYC online may be returned for refund.

Time Limit on Returns

You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the payment method used to purchase. Store credit will be issued for returns granted after 30 days of delivery when product is returned to the processing center.

Returning Free Products/Gift with Purchase

You may keep the free gift (if any) with purchase that you received as a part of your order. 

Refunding Shipping Fee

DONALD SCOTT NYC will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). DONALD SCOTT NYC does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Returning Your Order by Mail**

Mail your return with the packing slip to the below address. It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. DONALD SCOTT NYC is not responsible for returns that are lost or missing in transit.

Refund Processing Time

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
