Qualified hair artists will be required to purchase the “RP Starter Kit” (featuring all tools at an exclusive 50% savings) and will the go on to being trained by one of our DSNYC national educators.
Once the candidate meets training criteria, she/he will be officially certified as a RAT PACK Member with access to exclusive education, programs and incremental earning opportunities.
AN INDEPENDENT RAT PACK MEMBER CAN REPRESENT THE BRAND AND EARN LUCRATIVE COMMISSION IN 2 WAYS:
Option 1:
Conduct live demos and sell DSNYC product in real time or through your social channels. Standard sales margin would apply.
Option 2:
Refer customers to Donald Scott’s e-com site. When your customer inputs your code at check out, sales will be tracked and a commission will be paid monthly. This includes all products and Blade Club memberships you generate.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M QUALIFIED?
Must be an employed licensed cosmetologist or barber with at least three years experience.
Must be passionate about and have experience with the Donald Scott NYC brand and razor artistry.
Must be confident educating and demonstrating tools and techniques in person or through social media channels.
Must sign standard RAT PACK agreement prior to training.
WHAT ARE THE EARNING OPPORTUNITIES?
When you refer stylists from your social network to DONALDSCOTTNYC.COM, they will purchase the items they are interested in and enter your promo referral code at check out (you’ll receive your code after training is completed.) The promo referral code offers your stylists a 20% discount and free shipping. All sales will be tracked against your code and you will receive one commission check on a monthly basis. Your commission is 20% of all product sales generated by use of the code.
Qualified RAT PACK members may also work directly with DSNYC and earn 40% sales margin when they purchase the products wholesale (for on-hand inventory and re-sale for in-salon demos).
