How do I qualify?
Qualifying for the SHARP team is a testament to your dedication and expertise:
- Hold a valid cosmetology or barber license with a minimum of three year of experience.
- Demonstrate passion for the Donald Scott NYC brand and razor artistry.
- Exhibit confidence in educating and demonstrating tools and techniques in person or through social media channels.
What are the earning opportunities?
SHARP members enjoy up to 20% commission on all product sales they generate on the Donald Scott NYC website. Commission rates increase as member achieves sales thresholds and recruits other SHARP members.
Your commission will be generated when you refer stylists from your social network to purchase products on the Donald Scott NYC web shop. You’ll receive a unique trackable link and code that you can share. When your referred stylists use your link or code to enter the online store, they will receive automatically a 10% discount. All sales will be tracked against your code, and you will receive one commission check on a quarterly basis. Your commission is between 10-20% (depending on sales volume) of all product sales generated by use of the code.
Qualified SHARP pack members working directly with DSNYC can also earn 25% sales margin when they purchase the products wholesale (for on-hand inventory and re-sale for in-salon demos).
